Sun-Times Media Group Inc. (NASDAQ:SUTM) said Tuesday that it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The company said that it had already made significant progress in cost cutting, but the unprecedented decline in advertising revenue was overwhelming.
